Manual wind of course. Runs great time for 33 hours. 43mm approx.

If its a big case its almost certainly a recased pocket watch, in most of them the only genuine parts are the movement, which they rarely bother servicing, if you add the parts up you come to somewhere between $50 and $200 depending on how good the movement is. For all intents and purposes most people don't consider those recased pocket watches to be an Omega at all.
