ROO lugs won't fit my wrist!!!

Does anyone with smaller wrists like mine experience this same problem? I tried the Safari at an AD today and I feel that the lugs won't sit on my wrist, it seems to be protruding out in an awkard manner.

I'll try to post pics ASAP.

On the bright side the sales staff was really good and gave me a full price list.

I have 6.5 inch wrists and when I tried on the ROO Safari, Volcano, Panda and Bumblebee in the Caribbean a few weeks ago, the seemed to fit fine.

i have 6.5" wrists as well and the ROO lugs stick out as well. i guess it depends whether you have round or flat wrists. really love the ROO look though but there's a nagging thought that the lugs would bother me over time.

This is a common problem with ROOs. Don't follow the hype when you buy a watch, get one that fits your wrist/style/vibe. I bought the ROO Diver but sold it because I simply didn't find it comfortable on my (7 1/4) wrist. Nothing to worry about, just move on. Or get a Royal Oak instead.

Did you try a ROC instead?

Trust your intuition. Size of wrist is one thing but shape is very important. Flatter wrists tend to work well with the shape of the ROO case back. I too would look at the ROC.

Still...post pics.

same problem

I have the same problem--had one of the first BB's and passed, just too big.

However, I have had two--still have the EOD--of the older style case models without those plots that make the case wear more like 46-47MM and they fit me perfectly.

go for the "vintage" if you are sold on an ROO. I am ten years in and still love it.

6.3-inch, flat wrist here. I've tried on the 42mm ROO in a few variations last summer, but the lugs overhang my wrist. I've also tried on the 39mm classic RO, and it fit me like a glove. The rest is history:

If you find the ROO too large for your wrist, then give the classic 39mm RO's (15300, 15202, 26300) a try. Or, there's a 37mm ROO as well.
