Hard to tell. In my opinion it looks too thin to be a DSSD.

In a couple interviews I have seen, after the dive, he was wearing a DSSD.

He was wearing the Deepsea 1166600 during the dive but his usual watch is a vintage Sea Dweller but not a double red. Your particular photo of him shows him wearing his vintage Sea Dweller.

I could be wrong but I was just browsing thru Jake's blog and it seems like James Cameron descended to the trench wearing a Sub and emerged thereafter with a DSSD. Can anyone validate this?
As for the screen grab, there seems to be a cyclops on the face so my guess is that it's a Submariner. |

He's rocking an OG Sea-Dweller during that interview, but during the dive he wore the new DeepSea Challenger model. Love the Sea-Dweller... So damn sexy.
