Might be flipping...what to do.

Here's the deal

I bought a Cer SS GMT about a month ago and to be honest i like it but not as much as I usually like my watches. It's not getting that much wrist time at all.

One SS watch is enough for me and I like my red/black better.

So, I'm hesitating between a TT Sub black dial (already have a blue) and TT GMT cer.

Opinions??

Flipping a SS 116710? WOW!!

Well, between the TT black sub and TT GMT, I'd go with the sub. The TT works very nicely with the sub, but I just don't care for it on the GMT.

In any case; it's your wrist, your money, and your watch.

The TT sub is awesome!!

I'm leaning towards the Sub but i'm a litte worried that the next version will be the watch to have. The GMT however is up to date, but the numbers are a bit on the yellowish side. I'm torn.

Well, first you will have no problem selling your SS GMT. Now if you like the GMT and it's features, but are wanting a TT watch, then you will love the TT GMT. Very nice looking watch, with all the upgrades. Very subdued. The Gold Bezel, hour outlines, and glod hands, and the gold crown are very nice looking!! You will not be dissapointed. Now the TT Black/Gold sub with the gold lettering has a very nice dial as well. But, I prefer the newer maxi dial for the larger hands that are easier to read.

I am thinking about flipping my SS GMT II C too. But the next right watch for me is SS Daytona and I am waiting for my AD to call me with it. I have no idea when but I am trying to stick with my plan for now.

I haven't seen the TT GMT in person, but the photos posted on TRF make it look fantastic.

I have seen the TT Sub Black in person, and in person it is fantastic.

Since you already have a TT Sub, I'd go with the GMT for greater variety. But really, you can't go wrong with either watch, can you?

Well, I've owned the TT Sub, Yachtmaster, etc.

over the past 25 years or so, but absolutely fell in love with the new GMT Master II C in two tone. In fact, I was so nuts over that watch that I went in over my head and flipped it up for the full solid YG version. Watches may come, and they may go, but I'm keeping this GMT Master. It all comes together between the Daytona clasp, the maxi-dial, the supercase, and the yellow gold done in Rolex's own foundry.

My vote is go for the TT GMT Master II C "Green Arrow".

But in reality, you NEED TO STAND AT THE AD AND JUST KEEP WEARING THEM BOTH. One of them will grab you by the throat and not let you go. That's the one to buy.

And then let us know so we can drool all over your new acquisition. Hapy Hunting!!!

Just talk to AD about a possible trade on NIB Black TT Sub. Trade + 1k cash. How does that sound to you?

It's a nice watch for sure. Still on the fence though as I already have a blue sub.
