rolex daytona bezel brushed

Hi guys,
I just bought my first rolex daytona 16520 and i'm pretty excited about it!
my project is to brush with satin finished the bracelet and bezel. I'm looking for a good watchmaker in Montreal who could help me with that...OR the other option will be to buy a brushed satin bezel for my daytona...
Thanks for answering,
Y.

Yacine, brushing the bracelet is great. It really looks as a Tool Watch in satin finish.

But, thinking about the bezel, IMHO, this is not a good idea since you can damage the tachymeter scale.

I'm with Rodrigo on this one...keep the bezel polished for safety's sake!

I think someone on TRF was selling aftermarket brushed bezels May be the best compromise.

DO NOT TOUCH THE BEZEL! Bracelet looks great brushed, but I totally agree w/Rodrigo

Enjoy,

There are places/people that sell am bezels that, while they don't come brushed, at the very least you wouldn't risk doing damage to the factory bezel.

Thanks guys for your advices! having got my watch today...i'm not sure anymore about brushing it... because i've been told by a watchmaker here in Montrea that he can't brush it the way i want it... :/ wich is the same look of a submariner
He said to me that Rolex uses proper tools for that look. He doesn't do it with Rolex machines..but quite contrary he does with manually..
So is it worth it or not...im not quite sure about it anymore..
cheers!

I've owned a 16520 for 14 years and one of these days, mine will sport a brushed tach bezel, finished just like the EX II. To each, his own. I say go for it.

I want to do the same with my 116520. Hate all the small scratches on the polished surfaces of the bracelet and the bezel. The Sub is much better in that respect.

Actually, i need to find the right watchmaker who can do a perfect job for me...until then, no rush.
To men the submariner bracelet is perfect! i would like my daytona the same way if was brushed. I might consider to do it in Switzerland if i travel over there..right now, the watch is in excellent condition so I'm just enjoying it the way it is.
