Best Bezel Remover

is a $2.00 small plastic paint scraper. I have previously used a knife wrapped in a piece of masking tape and taped the case, this works good but am always worried about causing a scratch. The plastic paint scraper elimates this worry. Works really good.

I think someone else on here uses some Snap On tool which is prob just as good.

I was just thinking about the very same thing yesterday as I popped the bezel off my LV for some cleaning. I'll have to go to Home Depot and pick one up. Thanks for the tip.

Can you get it off in one go or do you have to work your way around to pop it off?

I just pick a spot over one of the lugs and pry it off by using the tool as a lever. Bezels in general don't get "worked" off once enough pressure is applied it just pops off, be careful not to lose anything.

I'm sure there's a story behind that one. ;-)

A plastic scraper is a good idea when your tumble dryer is not home.

You can also try dropping the watch onto a ceramic floor tile.
Sounds like the plastic scraper is a better way though.

Yeah, don't lose that click spring thingy. Mine flew across the room and looked like a slinky when I found it.

To get a precision paint scraper should we look for one that is "Swiss Made"?
