Continuing in the brilliant “got the call” theme.

My son got the call from his AD this morning with a 116710 and I’m having it as I'd bought him one on Monday (its away being engraved), he’s collecting on Saturday morning so hopefully I’ll have it soon when we can exchange respective watches. His AD had indicated that it could be a year for him as he was 6th on the list and they were arriving every 2 months, they must have had a few decline, just shows what can happen.

I really fell for the new GMT this week, really excited about getting it, haven’t felt like this since my Blue Sub.

From talking to a few ADs here, it seems that there aren't many 116710s around at all. Congrats to you both and enjoy!!

Congrats Chris! I can't wait until my son is old enough to appreciate a rolex. It'll take another 20 years though. Please do post pics. Can't wait to see them. I'm supposed to "get a call" too by the end of the month, but who knows...
