In Vegas looking for used Rolex

I am staying at the Wynn and they have an unbelievable Rolex Boutique here. Kind of got me in the mood to make another acquisition.

I was wondering if there are any decent places to brows for quality used timepieces.

TIA

go to gold and silver pawn ship its a rip off but they do have some cool stuff last time I was there. As for used stuff I mainly stay on the strip and I have never seen any great used shops but i'm sure someone that travels there much more will be able to help.

Actually now that I think about it there is a rolex dealer in the bellagio and I believe they have a used section you could always try it out there.

There are a couple of threads about places in Vegas to go.

Personally I would think you could do better price wise if you could put off that impulse until after you left Vegas.

Actually you might do better here in the For Sale Section with a trusted seller.

Dan speaks the truth. You never know what your going to get here at a pawn shop or other store that deals in used ROLEX watches.

Matt, a former member bought one here and it was a complete mess

You can take a look inside of Caesar's palace at the Forum Shop. There are many watch shops in there and some does carry a small second hand selection. The Gold and Silver pawn shop also carry a lot of used watches, but the price is very high. I have heard that Treasure island also have some Rolex selections but I have never personally been there.

There are a bunch of pawn shops, but I've never found any good deals in Vegas. I would agree with buying from a TRF member. Enjoy the shops while in Vegas, find what you like, then get it here.

Go to Tower of Jewels on east Sahara. Ask for Joey. It is a 5-10 Min drive from the Wynn.

Don't forget the Pateks, Langes, and JLCs in Wynn.

The Palazoo shops with APs and such.

Ceasars so close.

I could take a couple of hours for sure.

Great place to window shop.

Does the Wynn still have the Leopard?

It's been discontinued but it sure is a sight to see.

Use Torneau at The Forums in Caesars as your sample store. Try on a bunch of brands and find out what you like and come back here and contact one of our reliable sellers to get what you want at a good price. IMO there are no deals to be had in Vegas.

Thank you all for taking the time to respond. Much appreciated...

I did go to Balagio last night. Much less of a selection than Wynn, however they had the Ceramic bezeled Daytona, (which Wynn did not have)

I also wanted to pass on some news/gossip that I just learned. According to a Sales Rep at the Wynn AD, they Rolex store has just acquired the store next door (shoe shop) He mentioned that in the next few months they will be expanding into that space, doubling their current size. He also mentioned that they have 1000+ additional watches earmarked for the new store.

Sounds like a good reason to go back to Vegas.

Consider LV the largest Rolex store...you can find literally any current Rolex (almost) with all of the AD's in Vegas. Look, try on, shop, chat, laugh.

Then come home and save 20-25% by buying from one of our trusted sellers...NEVER pay retail.

If that's the shoe store I'm thinking of, I'm bummed. That's a great shop!

I was also told the same thing about a month ago from the sales person at the Rolex store in the Wynn.

Great place to look at selection, not so great to purchase. Wont deal on price. I guess why should they if they are moving the inventory at full MSRP. They try and make you feel that offering no sales tax and shipping out of state is a great deal.
