Serial #'s

How do you guys research what year the starting serial # Letters was produced? I'm having a hard time looking the years up when I see a watch I may want.

Thanks.

I don't understand why good TRF members send people all over the place..

We have all of that information in the Reference Library..

I tell you why Larry its beause they do not look most things Rolex or watch related can be found quite simply on forum. All they got to do is read the forum headers and look or use the in forum search. And will add all the Internet codes you find anywhere are just a approximation when a case was stamped and none are 100% accurate to the exact month or year when a complete watch was made..
