The most beautiful dive watch I've ever owned....

Ok I can't say I've been longing for this model. Lately I was on the lookout for a nice Seadweller as I was itching for a change !

Strange thing happened when a friend of mine phoned me yesterday and told me that a guy he knows has a very nice 'gold submariner' that he hardly ever worn that he was selling for a good price.

At first I told him I'm not interested but I phoned him back after half an hour to at least ask him what model it is and what he wanted for it .

He gave me this guys contact number and it turned out to be a 11613LB that this guy worn exactly three times (so he said) but judging from condition I cant argue with that as it's as new .

He wanted 7000 Euro firm but after a lot of haggling I managed to get him down to 6750 Euros . So I should have no problems moving it on should I decide it's not for me. I have no reservations in saying that it is the most beautiful watch I've ever owned.

I'm not into two tone normally but this one is just plain gorgeous . Also the rest of my humble collection is made of 'tool' divers I can wear anywhere as I am the type to wear whatever I have on for anything I'm about to do (swimming, diving, jogging, running, relaxing etc...). This would be my dress watch....now I'll leave you to some pictures. Feel free to post your thoughts good or bad .

Like you, I'm not into TT. They're just not my thing.
However, that particular watch is beautiful. I love the blue ceramic. The various colors, gold, SS, blue, all work together to make this watch work.
Enjoy!

Thanks for kind replies guys ...

As I said it is quite a departure for me from the usual suspects but once I handled it I simply couldn't resist buying it...it's so beautiful I am paranoid of damaging it while wearing it. I just don't want to hit it into something ...

Tomorrow I'll wear it with a suit to an morning wedding . I'll snap a few pics in the sun for you bunch

I dig some two tones, and have a tt T-bird and GMTc. That tt SubC is kickass!
