Are we waisting our time?

This Ebayer is posting for the third time the same fake Submariner 6538
Thanks to TRF the first 2 auctions were cancelled, but the question is how long this joke is going to last?

Reported again, never give up Greg. We will get it cancelled again and again if necessary. Scammers don't change they are criminals and penalties are too weak imho, next to nil for this kind of crime unfortunetely. They hardly ever face charges at all, they just refund at worst and plead ignorance if they are caught out, they should enforce some jail time like other types of fraud.

Hey Folks , I contacted the seller in this case to advise him to remove his listing.
He is however adamant that it is genuine!
Here is his response :-
Thanks for the info. Listed the watch before and had some " forum experts" advise me on its authenticity. Sent the watch off to Rolex USA and had it documented. It was verified by several of their salaried Rolex certified experts. Documents were verified by EBay and their outside watch experts. I have a direct contact at Rolex that is familiar with the watch that can verify this. What are your credentials with Rolex? If any, I will let them know that their inspection process is flawed. I await a response. Thanks

What do you think?

Looks llke its a brick and mortar store. Googled it and it's a 25 min drive from my house. I'm curious to go and see the papers. Maybe take some pics of them and post them in the Watch Out section for inspection.
What do you think guys? Yeah or nah...,

Thanks for doing that!
Very interesting answer...
I just called Rolex Dallas service center a minute ago.
They told me that the report they wrote does NOT authentify the watch.
In other words, the service confirmation paper that they produced is not a confirmation that the watch is original.
So many things are wrong with this watch
I don't get why Roley bothered to issue that report.

Guys, I know this is not the place, but I"m having a hard time w/ the contact button as well. I'd like to leave feedback for a user, but the text box is greyed out when I try to do so. Am I doing something wrong?

TIA

The above is incorrect. If it were correct how come ebay have removed this listing now for the third time?

* Watch is all original with no replacement parts. It has been inspected by Rolex USA and documented (documents shown in picture) with all watch identification numbers indicated. Winning bidder will receive contact information for the Rolex USA agent who said they would verify it's authenticity and that the watch has been inspected by them.

Rolex should buy the watch and find out who the Rolex USA agent is who verified the authenticity and pursue all of those involved in this fraud.

IMHO The watch is fake and the seller added documents to gain credibility to further the fraud.
