"EBay Disclaimer: As eBay policies require, product is sold as a novelty or collectible only."

Maybe somebody should let NASCAR know they're connected with Indy cars now, too.

Not another one Seems like a never ending story.
Maybe the account is stolen, because the seller has pretty good feedback.
Anyway, thanks for the heads up

Yeah, they've mixed up Nascar, Indycar and Grand-Am racing. Also, did you notice the bezel is a submariner bezel in the side photo.

For starters, the seller says so.

There actually isn't anything to report. The seller makes full disclosure that it isn't an authentic Rolex right in the listing. He's dancing around the truth, but the listing does fall within eBay guidelines:

You think thats bad - look at the copy of Rolex paperwork I got off a seller in the U.K !!

Rolex should police these things better - whoever got the job would have no problem filling full-time working hours !

The watch carries the Rolex trademark but was not made by Rolex. Therefore it is a copyright infringement and can be reported. You can put all the disclaimers you want in an auction, but if it's fake, it can be pulled.

Counterfeits, unauthorized replicas, unauthorized items (such as counterfeit watches, handbags, or other accessories) or unauthorized copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs) are not permitted on eBay. Unauthorized copies include (but are not limited to) copies that are pirated, duplicated, backed-up or bootlegged. It is illegal to sell unauthorized copies of media.

Report it. If enough of us do so, it will be pulled.

Wow, thats a terrible copy. Color is way off. What are they thinking? I guess it could fool a novice.

I think the selling of fakes on ebay is wrong like most of you guys, but I don't know why you spend so much time looking thru Rolex watch ads to report the scams. Ebay employs people to remove suspect listings everyday and are compensated. Just curious.

He has a Breitling up there as well. I don't really know anything about them, but I have to assume it's bogus since he had another replica on the site and he's not normally a watch seller.

http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQ...ssZericbluellc

I asked the seller why the Rolex got pulled. He replied "trademark infringement".
