Any comments on vintage-watches-collection.com?

Hi,
I'm looking to purchase a Rolex and was wondering if anyone has dealt with or has any comments on the website vintage-watches-collection.com?
I'm brand new to this, and would appreciate any insights.
Thanks!

Another request for more info on www.vintage-watches-collection.com .

They have a Rolex that I'm interested in but similar to the poster above I can't find any reviews.

TIA

I know this is kind of late but I purchased a stunning 1970 6694 precision
from them and it is perfect. You want to deal with Marcus. He was honest
and very helpful. No complaints at all. Send me a message if you have more
questions about them.

A bit late, but i also bought a Heuer 844 diver from him last year. He was a bit slow to send the items (but he was travelling), and i did not receive some documents, but was a pleasure to deal with

I checked him out here before and was warned off. Google the website address and you will find issues on UK forums.

never by from vintage-watch-collection!!

hi all

I would not recommend bying from Marcus and his website.
Here is my story:
I bought a Jaeger Lecoultre from him. First I had no problem with the smooth transaction.
A watch from the 40s which looks stunning.
Of course it does, I discovered the watch has been completly restored and dial refinished despite the very long description of the watch on his website saying that the watch is genuine and 100% original and NOS and stayed all those years in a safe and blablabla.... What a terrible lye from this man.
I can tell that i am very desappointed! Moreover, I have received the watch without any documents from the company... And of course I have sent them tons of mails and calls without any answer. Well lets say I have given up trying to get this damn invoice!

well to conclude the only advice I can give everyone: NEVER BY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Regards
Richard

Dear all,

When I asked Marcus about their return policy, he told me they didn't have one. But isn't it an EU law that there is a 30 day money-back guarentee?

You may want to wait a little Tpic; I have a serious issue with these guys. They are very communicative before the sell, but now that I have paid and the watch is still not delivered (today 9 days after 'shipment'), they do not reply to any of my complaints...

Watch out for VWC!

You might end up getting a different watch from the one you ordered and VWC will never respond to your emails! This is what happened to me.
