After further examination, condition is 92%. Some faint scratches and marks, most of which are barely visible under normal viewing conditions (except for the case back). Attaching pictures below representing a thorough examination. Keeping time well within COSC specs.

There was a question about this, so just to be clear, the Top Gun strap and the black alligator strap are OEM IWC straps. The watch was originally purchased on 8/24/2011 and came on the black alligator strap.
