Does anyone here have their Omega red card stamped "Value Time" in the AD box?

It is without address and tel no so I wonder who this "Value Time" is.

AD stands for authorised dealer, if not listed on their site, chances are it is not an AD but just a store selling Omega watches from "other" sources.
