All that wine and no cigarettes. Yes, I'm proud of myself. I had blackened Chilean Sea Bass.

Nice night!!

I had more than a couple bottles of the Corison back in late '11. I have a friend that has a great wine cellar and he is a stickler for drinking wines with in their "drinking window". He was convinced that they had to be gone before 2012 and I obliged!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea how you know a wine's drinking window but...I hope he has some more that need to go soon!

It was great!

Well, it depends on how the wine was taken care of. I mean if it's stuck in a warm room with light on it for a few years, the best wine won't be what it should.

I brought these with me to the Resturant, 20 dollar corkage charge is fair to me.
These wines would at least be 250 a pop off the menu there. The Insignia I've seen for over 300 at a resturant.

Insignia is a nice choice, I'm not familiar with Corison.

Never been to Hugo's, but heard a lot of good things about it. How can such a good restaurant be in the basement of such a dive?

My favorite in Vegas is Del Fresco's over on Paradise.

I always understood that a good healthy burp was an excellent way of expressing how great a meal or beverage really tasted.

Why they keep throwing me out of the finer restaurants and bars I'll never know.

Looks great.
