If you mean the engraved rehaut (ROLEX, ROLEX, ROLEX) - no. I believe the D serial has the same upgrades as the current serials - updated bracelet, clasp, case, etc. - but no engraved rehaut.

Some D serial 116234 have the engraved rehaut and some don't. but in general the engraved rehaut started with the F letter on some models

Yes, it may have.. (as mentioned).
The Day Date, Datejusts, and gold models of the Sub and GMT got the engraved rehaut a few years before the commonly mentioned SS time frame (Z models)
