PAM 104 winding question

Once my PAM 104 has stopped, whats the correct way to self wind it to get it back up and running? As far as position of the crown, direction to turn and how many times. Thanks.

Assuming you are holding the watch in your left hand and winding with your right...

Just open the crown guard and in the position it is (the first) just give it 20-XX number or turns clockwise (starting from the 6 and winding towards the 12).

When setting the time for a 104, you'll need it to be in the 3rd position (two clicks out). The time setting is backwards from the winding (counter clockwise to set the time forward). The second position is the date setting position. It is the same as the winding (clockwise). Do not set the date in position 2 when the time is between 8PM and 5 AM. You could damage the quick date mechanism.

Hope that helps.
