Panerai 243 : A pictorial !
Gents,
I took me forever to upload there pictures ... Its been a crazy work week and Guess what, I am working all through the weekend ! Life couldnt get any better ... So, after pondering over it a lot and asking for opinions of some well-regarded forum members, I pulled the trigger on this 10 days back .. Ofcourse, Brice picked this one too .. He is bitten by PAM MANIA these days .. what else could I expect ? Yes, This One Has Its flaws on paper ... but the moment you strap it on .. It is second to none in wrist presence. Without much delay ( I am sleepy too .. plus have to get up at 530 ), here is the unboxing ..    THIS IS TRULY A BAD BOY ... It has the looks, the heft, the thickness and sheer weight of brushed steel .. LOVE IT ! The wide bezel works for me ... twas certainly a draw for me towards Seal, AD and Aegir CD-2 .. In that way, Dare I say, PAM SUBs are the ultimate boutique watches !      For ME, The Sub refers to SUBMARINE ... This watch has a MEAN CHARACTER to itself !     A couple close-ups ..   And another Hint of THE MEAN DIVER ...  A Couple Wrist Shots ...   The Lume is Fantastic .. a v casual shot !  Strap Change .. ??   On the Big Gator ..  On the BJ German AMMO ...  Love it on the Black AMMO .. another awesome strap by BJ .. feels awesome on the wrist .. V V Comfortable.  A Bit too early to commit .. but this one is for keeps !! [ or so it seems ] I am too darn close to pulling the trigger on my second PAM [ the Panerai craziness is setting in.. ] Esp with a few straps already on the way .. :) Cheers nishant |

LOVE the 243, mine has been on my wrist for a month minus a couple days
or nights out. Really a great Panerai! I recently purchased a new strap from Gunny and am in heaven!
