Incoming...first time!

Well, I don't post a lot and I've never done one of these "incomings" before but here we go. I had a simply fantastic transaction with a private seller who let go of his pride and joy. I'd been looking for awhile and found one of my dream watches. So very complete...even the replaced dome crystal and original crown, tube, stem and gasket were sent along with papers, hang tag, etc. Thankfully, an OEM dome crystal was used during replacement. Thanks for looking and sorry for the bad close-up shot. Here's my new L-series...a great weekend lies ahead.

A classic Rolex. I love its proportions and understatement. Congratulations.

Thanks everyone. My only fear is that it is in such great shape (no crystal scratches at all!) that it will be relegated to the special occasion category. Oh well, others to wear!
