Reluctantly putting up for same my GS Spring Drive SBGE001. Just feel like picking up something different. I'd rate it as TZ 95%. There's a few desk dive marks around the clasp, but pretty tough to find. There's a tiny, tiny nick on the left side of the case where it banged against the bezel of my speedmaster one night when I was putting it away. It was hard to take a picture of.

The accuracy is nuts. It lost just about 3 seconds over the course of 9 months when I first had it until I let it wind down. The smooth sweep of the seconds hand is beautiful. The finishing on the hands and dial is incredible. It's got amazing "dimension" that is hard to photograph.

It comes with boxes, papers, and spare links. It was worn 1-2 a week over the last year. It was purchased in October 2011 and I am the first owner.
