PAM for sports?

Hey guys just wondering, is it ok to use my PAMs for sports in long term? Is a manual winding or an automatic winding better for this?

I have tried out using a cheap PAM homage that I bought just to test the ETA movement for a 2 hour badminton session and everything seems ok.

Should not be a problem for the majority of sports except for maybe those with high shock/impact. Can't think of a sport like this other than say boxing/baseball - but then again you wouldn't wear it boxing now would you.

You could also wear it on the "other" wrist to avoid the impact.
