Help! Which Panerai do I want?

May seem a stupid question but with so many models it's hard to pin down the exact one. If anyone can tell me if there is a model that has the following it would be greatly appreciated:

Luminor 44mm
Titanium
Date
Sandwich tobacco dial
In house hand wound movement preferred (automatic would be OK)
Display back preferred (solid would be OK)

Many thanks.

Yup....351 covers all your bases.
Basically the 312 but in titanium as opposed to ss.
Comes on brown croc strap.
Feels great on the wrist. I tried one on the other day.
Great PAM!

Thanks for the responses, two questions:
I keep reading stories of issues with the Panerai in-house movement, are these rare or can it be problematic?
What would be a good price from a TRF seller for a 351 BNIB?
Thanks again for the help.
Dave.
