My Presidential, back from Rik :)
Rik (TimeCare Inc) exceeded my expectations. No matter how many pictures I take, it won't capture the attention to detail with his cleaning/polishing... This is my first Rolex I've ever owned. I received it last month and wore for a few weeks and noticed that the "date" wasn't always changing. I knew it hadn't been serviced since being overhauled in 2000, so I contemplated sending it out or a cleaning. I read everything I could on here about servicing a Rolex and Rik had 100% positive feedback. He was easy to communicate with (returned all my e-mails, etc) and, i sent it out. I got worried as the registered mail took almost 3 weeks to get my Rolex to him (which, I was told is unusual). He received it, worked his magic in under a week and had it back on it's way to me on Friday. I received it today (just under a week later! And, via registered mail.....). It has a mirror finish, Rik replaced 2 gears, cleaned/oiled/adjusted. He replaced the tube crown, axle and mainspring.. He even replaced my hands (lume was dead) and it glows wonderfully. If you're new on here and thinking of a servicing, I can't recommend Rik enough. He's the only one I'll let touch my Rolex from now on (or any other watches... I'll be sending in my vintage Omega Seamaster next.....). Here are a few pics I just took (but, it's overcast out, getting dark up here in NY and I took tons of pics and none made me as happy as just looking at my wrist...). Thank you Rik!!!

Yea, three weeks is off and something weird happened there. My shipments between TX and FL with Rik have been three days.
He does great work and I love the fact that you can talk to THE ACTUAL guy working on your watch. He calls you when it comes in, answers email quickly and gives you all the details. He is just great all around to deal with, and I don't hesitate sending any watch to him.

He has my vote as long as he goes back after his second term.
I will surely need some Rolex service by then.

Reminds me of a kid who walked into my AD and asked how thick the gold plating was on the DD...the salesman and I had a little giggle after he left.

Man, that watch is back to pristine condition. What a gorgeous Presidential...Maybe someday!!!
Enjoy and will certainly be using our own "magician" to work his magic on my future Rolex timepieces..
