yessir, the way you can tell that its the new dial is because first, the date indicator is black with white font and not white with black font.

second, are the number and sub dial surrounds are done in gold. also the black dial is a bit more glossy.

New dial is black instead of grey like on the predecessor RG RC... I love the new version, as well as the older.. Both are great, best of luck!

Well I own the watch and I'm telling you it is deff NOT Matt bLack
It's glossy dark grey.. I wouldn't lie to you. I'm wearing it as we speak..

Any other owners of the new RG RC ROO feel free to chime in.

Look at both pics above of actual shots, you can clearly tell the black sub dials are darker and different color than the main dial.. The sub dials are Matt black but the rest of the dial is gloss grey

A good "buddy" of mines new dial RGRC. Always wanted one but every time I tried it on I thought it was too top heavy for my puny wrist.

Hmm I don't know what to say then, Michael..

When I saw one of the first ones at Bal Harbour, it was as I pictured? Maybe they did a dial change, like they've done with several of the models out there.. not sure

Regardless, a gorgeous hunk of precious metal

Take a look at kilyung and travisb pics.. then look at the first pic I posted. Old dial vs. New dial.

LOL I know, I know.. I've had some good time with an old dial RG RC, I know thoroughly what it looks like ;)

However for the 5th time, when the first one hit Bal Harbour boutique I was invited to come check it out.. I had the RG RC with me, the dial on the new one was a matte black ... Again, maybe some of the first ones were a little darker shade of 'charcoal' or something..

I can clearly see now in pic's that it looks more grey, but there are also tons of pic's out there showing it looks black too...

Either way, they are both beautiful
