Hi Chris, welcome aboard!
The Z serial prefix spanned early 2006 - mid 2007. This indicates when the case was manufactured, not necessarily when the watch was assembled. Given the low sequence number and Feb 07 purchase date, it was probably assembled in mid 2006. http://www.qualitytyme.net/pages/numbers.html Btw, most people refrain from posting full serial numbers. It's been said that crooks can use them to help legitimize counterfeit watches.
