Perhaps not the softest cushion...but...

Greetings TRF,

Clearly this isn't something I'd like to rest on but I still like it...

Thank you for watching, feel free to comment!

Nice but I think the strap would look better tapered.

Wow. I am really liking these vintage dress timepieces more and more. Beautiful watch.

What year is this?

Thank you Mike and you are absolutely right! This is actually the band that came when I bought my Chronographe Suisse, it was too small for it back then but when I bought this small watch it was just the perfect size. I must admit I do not put it on this band very often and it's far from being the most fancy one but it's not very easy to find bands that can be put on this watch.

...Besides, it gives it a good oldie look for a picture every once in a while!

Thank you Charles! I am not sure about the exact year but I've been told it may be from the 1930's. Perhaps somebody will be able to correct me if I'm wrong but given its size and shape I'd think it could be a possibility.

Thank you guys!

Rich, just in case you didn't know, I bought this watch a few months ago, this is just a simple picture I took of it!

I can appreciate a nice cushion case. Definitely one that's more difficult to find in the wild....

Indeed and I think companies should make more of them, it looks great on a wrist even at a very small size (although I may be biased since I love smaller watches...).

Yup circa 1948.

Could be 1958. I lie a lot.

The "Y" suggests that this could be closer to 1929/30.
