12hr World Time Bezel
Found this browsing and I'm curious how to use a 12hr world time bezel. I understand you have to go around twice for am/pm but reading it the way I am, Moscow is 3hrs ahead of Berlin, not 2. Karachi makes sense being +6. Have I missed something here. I understand it's based on the +/- next to each city but it's throwing me a bit.
