bezel give?

I just noticed on my brand new 116610 LN that when I push down on the bezel there is some give; is that normal? I took some pics for a before and after shot but my camera isn't very good so you can't discern much of a difference. Nonetheless, is any give at all normal?

The bezel floats on spring loaded ball bearings, so it is 100% normal.
