Hi could someone help whether the rolex is true or fake i bought by the client number is 633, serial number is G851269, Model number is 116613LB, thanks.

Please provide us with several clear and high quality photos.
The serial number and reference numbers can't help us help you authenticate the watch.

Also, what is this client number for?

The 3 digit country code where the watch was first sold. Unfortunately, there is no 633 on any of the charts I have (634 is Congo), so it ain't looking too good so far....

Sorry know-one can authenticate any Rolex watch just by its serial, post a very good close up picture of watch, complete with todays date in picture, and all paperwork and where watch was bought if no picture then thread will be closed.
