He has stated it is BNIB, never worn and has an open warranty card

If find it weird he is disclosing the serial number very notoriously in the warranty card and tags. First time I ever see this....

Are you aware you cannot import new rolexes into the USA customs will seize it. Are you in Miami Florida USA

Why could you not import new Rolexes for personal use to the US? Customs only seize fake products.

Only AD dealers can import new rolexes. Rolex USA is a different to Rolex SA and has this strange rule. Many USA members have verified this.
