Look what Rolex sent me - Updated GMTII-C Manual
With some help from Fly-Dad who received an updated GMT-C manual because his new GMT arrived with an older style manual, I called Rolex RSC in New York, and the CSR send me these....
After faxing in a copy of my warranty card, they shipped a the updated GMTII-C manual, a pocket catalog, a service booklet, a leather pad used to keep the watch from hitting the top of the box when shipping, and two of the newer style cleaning cloths. When speaking with the CSR, I indicated that I was searching for the Rolex imprinted micro-static cleaning cloths, but they indicated that they could not ship that style, but they can ship these newer cotton/Selvyt style cloths. In a follow-up phone call, after faxing in my warranty card, the CSR indicated that her husband uses the leather pad as a cleaning cloth, so she included it in the envelope. With Fly-Dad's insight on asking for "After Sales Support," there was little phone hazing other than having to explain that AD's wont lift a finger to obtain these items for Rolex patrons. My apologies for the bad pict..... Thanks Fly-Dad..... -Sheldon

Hey! I want one of those cloths!
Danish customers don't get them from the AD when buying Rolex! Congrats on the nice score, Sheldon!

My TOG last year came with the cloth in your pic, but my new GMT-IIc did not, just a tiny cloth (non-imprinted) in the box.
Is that right?

I just got the small cloth in the box with my GMT IIc - but I DID get the latest manual with it. Mine is an M serial number so at least with new shipments to ADs they are sending the right manual now.
