General Rolex news

Hi guys, I'm back after two whole weeks of paternity time off.

Yes, my wife Claire had our baby...which you'll see under the other threads in the open discussion thread.

I actually missed you guys...did Bo get his GMT? Has JJ picked up another rolex watch to compliment his LV?

Anyway...I stopped by my AD on Friday to ask about the availablity of the green glass Milgauss has a three to four year wait already!!! The ss Daytona is now at 15 years....with deposit!!!!!!

BTW they did have a gorgeous Pepsi GMT in the window for £2.4k. Unfortunately with the baby, my funduing has been severly diminished!!!!!

Congrats to both you and Claire.
JJ flipped the Expy & the LV and got a YM, and Bo I think will be collecting a GMT IIc prior to Christmas.

thanks all.

Steve it was Winsor Bishop of Norwich! Not a major chain and usually have a great selection of the harder to find units

I can't believe JJ flipped his expy and LV.

My Lv feels a little sad at the thought of one of his brethren going to out into the wide green yonder!!!!!

Good luck Bo with the green arrow!!!!

Ron, thanks for your kind sentiments.

The pics are in the open discussion thread

J

PS I forgot to say...my "proper" AD in norwich Dipples (free advertising...I'm in no way associated with them" have a bunch of the 08 Tool watches in their windows...SDs, Subs, YMs, GMT's and gold and TT Cos.

Are they getting easier to find?
