I know the original crystal was a tropic 16, but I can't find them anywhere. Seems there are many gen and non-gen tropic 19s out there. Was wondering if anyone knows if the 19 will fit on a 5508. Description says it will fit the 5513. Mine is in need of replacement and there doesn't seem to be many options. Thanks for your input. P.S. I've searched the forums and could not find a definitive answer on this one.

The Tropic 19 is not listed as fitting the 5508 in any of my references. Good Luck.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping that was not the case. Any 5508 owners out there that have a replacement crystal other than a T16 on their watch?

If I remember correctly I've seen one fitted with a tropic 17
