Icon20 Last Flight To Egypt - Incoming Prelude...

When I first saw this reference I was not moved at all, however, something lingered, it gave me a feeling I almost never felt before...

This may very well be my craziest unveil I am sharing with you guys

This thread will be based on True Events...

Hold on a second Sam...

...I'm (half) Egyptian...

...I'm crazy...

...Am I moving to your place perchance?

Looking forward to seeing it my uncle! I can't wait to see how you'll present this one!

Salamat Kabayan... Certain timepieces just have a way of creeping up on you... This one was no different!

Like everyone else I am also anticipating Basel 13, however, I can almost guarantee that unless Patek or Rolex releases something worthwhile that I will be fine with my preciscion instrument collection at the steady state it's in

Frem, had no idea you were Egyptian. My girlfriend is and I love talking to her father and uncle who were raised in Cairo. My two favorite stories were how they thought going to the pyramids was boring while in grade school (something I would cherish the rest of my life) and how after 9/11 they would get these funny letters and emails that were basically CIA requests for Arabic speaking Americans to recruit as translators as they are Coptic.

Enjoy your trip!

I know Carl.....

Usually I can't bear these long drawn out threads.....there was one a while back where the guy changed his mind and posted that he hadn't even bought the watch after about 5 pages of gathering congratulations

But Sam seriously knows how to entertain and, as you know, .....you can always rely on Sam to unveil a superb example despite the wait.....
