He seems to be getting more into it. Either that or he doesn't travel out of the country with expensive watches. I remember seeing him in an old Tag in a lot of No Reservations episodes.

Maybe that new gig at CNN is paying well!

He was wearing a DJ the entire last season of no reservations and the first season of the layover.

The guy was making 7 figures on travel channel plus royalties from his books. I imagine CNN offered more than the travel channel so affording watches has not been a problem for him in quite a while.

I have a bit of an Anthony Bourdain interest. So I noticed him wearing this watch on the Taste. He tells an interesting story in one of his books about a sell-out and it goes a guy walks into a bar and sees a beautiful lady. He sits down beside her and says "will you sleep with me for 1 million dollars" and the girl agrees. So then he reaches into his wallet and pulls out a 1 dollar bill and slides it across the bar. She says "screw you" this was for a million and he says.... "we've established that your a sell-out now we are just bargaining on the price.". This came out of his book...
