When was it last serviced?

Just had mine done and it came back with some in it. Took them all of 30 mins to remove it.

In any event: get it to a service centre asap!

Welcome to TRF!

No it's not normal to have dust in it, but it does happen. Is yours new, or recently serviced?

I got my DateJust in Saudi Arabia last Feb. and the dust is only one spot that can be seen in 10x macro lens located in the logo area, barely found by naked eyes.

It can happen. From my own experience, if not too obvious, leave it till service. RSC will remove it but chances are they will screw up something else (technician love marks ... aka dents, etc).

Well when you make around 800000 plus watches a year even with Rolex a small number might have the odd spec of dust. But today many now use lupes to inspect there watches hench they often find a tiny spec of dust thats easily removed.

Knowing that, why donīt they use loupes as well? After all, itīs their job.

Unfortunately, perfection does not exist and it would be unreasonable to expect so. Their job is to resolve the issues that may arise.
