Love the black, have the white, both are difficult to read, white better though. I had not thought it was a big deal prior to getting it, but it is kind of a nuisance.

White as not only does it look better but also subs and gmts are black so this is a great chance to have a nice white dial sports Rolex.

White. Except explorer most sport watches are black. That is why I choose white. However the sub dials stand out more on black.

I would deff go for the black and that's what I did go for.
And I have Never had a problem with the legibility of the dial. |
