Help Identify? Rolex Oyster

Any insight on what this watch might be is appreciated. I am going to revisit the owner later and see if I can't get a better photo and get the case back off. Thanks!!

How big is it? Is it a junior?

It is fairly small. The whole watch would fit in the dial of my GMT II. I will measure it as well tonight when I go back to the shop

It's probably a junior size, I always thought these were cool. You don't see too many of them.

Redone dial, hands are not original. I would not be surprised if the watch is by Oyster Watch Company (sister brand to Rolex).

Thanks for the information. Sounds like I should just stay away from this one.
