I just wanted to share what happened to me today. I was attending a special lunch for a chicago luxury magazine. When we were allowed in to eat a gentleman from a prominent luxury men's boutique shouts across our table "Hey! I want to sit by the man with the Audemars!". I was wearing my 15300. This took me by surprise as I have never had anyone comment or even acknowledge any of my Rolex's. We chatted about fashion and watches and enjoyed a wonderful lunch. I just thought people might get a kick out of this. Have a great weekend all

Very cool.

I was at a cigar shop recently and the owner walked by and said, "Nice AP!" And we ended up doing the same...talking about watches for 30 minutes while smoking a nice cigar.

Actually I did have a guy pull the creepiest wrap around the ticket machine tonight and stare at my watch, then utter to his GF "he's wearing an Audemars" ... First time ever in my life, was strange !

Is that bad to pronounce the 's'? Whenever I've telephoned the NY AP boutique they definitely pronounce the 's'.
