Bee-live it

YES!

Now, on my next acquisition..

FC Diver?

or...

Ceramic Diver?

The more I look at the ceramic diver, the more i see it to be a refined piece of work.

Plus it being at 20% cheaper than the FC + exhibition case makes it as desirable as the FC.

Hope to see the Ceramic in KL/SG AP Boutique in July when i head back home.

Should i venture into the future and hold Ceramic close to my heart? or the FC to complement the bee + its beautiful FC case with limited production units ( rendering it more exclusive ).

Decisions.. decisions..

Help anyone? haha

Congrats! Beautiful Piece.

Regarding the Diver, i might say go for ceramic. The FC diver has yellow, with the bee, its too much yellow for when you need to change from one watch to another. You don't want to get bored having the same colour.

thanks.
true ey. However, first impressions lands the orange look on the DiverC ( haha new abbreviation ) to look dull in a way.

I called the AP boutique in KL ( Malaysia) and they have a prototype ready in May. I'm still in Australia till July so I would not be able to try it out.

I'm attracted to the DiverC with its fine ceramic casing finish and the exhibition caseback.

If i were to get FC, would it be possible to get an exhibition caseback fitted into it? haha. would be an awesome combo.

I would go for the ceramic diver.. My only criticism of it is that they got rid of the fine graining lines on the tapessrie squares.. It gave the dial a lot of depth.. but I guess it looks cleaner

Also I'm not the biggest fan of orange but comparing the two, the orange looks more pleasing. Maybe because I'm used to the amber glow at night in bmws lol

apparently, i felt it was the other way round.

Having both the Ceramic and FC pictures placed side by side, I concur that the Diver Ceramic is a whole new diver watch added to the AP Diver collection. The tapessrie squares looks more like cadbury's chocolates giving it a cleaner look.

Well, pictures dun justify these 2 beautes. Have to see it in the flesh before i decide.

You know what would be the ultimate mod?

CF case + Ceramic bezel + Ceramic Diver dial minus the orange minute & second hand + Exhibition Case dial.

Wonder when we will start seeing the ceramic diver at AD, and more importantly by TRF trusted sellers with a good discount...

Regards.

Well the queen is usually the biggest bee in the hive. In fact it's JUMBO compared to the rest of the hive. Probably due to the nectar it feeds on.

Get the ceramic one!! i have to say the FC diver looks nice, i tried & held it side by side with my SS Diver last sat at the boutique, but it just feels different, a lot lighter, (of course, cuz its FC)!! but just my personal opinion, if you have the Bee, then i will suggest you to get the ceramic diver, looks better to me!! & yes.. they said the ceramic one is for boutique only, so... i guess the resale value will always be there if you plan to flip it in the future!

need to wait for the concept DiverC to hit boutiques.
The new dial change is something pleasing to the eye no doubt, But i've always been a '' yellow'' kind of guy. haha
Ferrari's premium colour of choice is Yellow!

The Orange didnt pop that much in the picture attached so its a -1 for me.
I'll keep an open mind for either FC or Ceramic in the 2nd hand market.

I think with the price of 20 grand for a Ceramic Diver, its a no -brainer to pick it over the SS Diver. ( thats just me imo ).

With the FC, its a whole different level... Who knows? FC + Ceramic Diver together . haha
