I believe it's an after market dial - diamonds placed over lume dots. Cylcops looks off.

Note the gold coronet and the diamonds being set in white gold looks odd, these dials are typical of early rolex diamond dials, although it looks odd, it is definietely rolex. Aftermarket dials really only began in the mid to late eighties i am sure some customs dials were out there but not many, by the late eighties all rolex diamond dials on gold and two tone models were set in yellow gold and that is what they copied, i have never seen a gold coronet and white gold diamond setting on a custom dial. The diamond size and setting looks correct, the alignment of the dial looks correct, the photo is on an angle and i have adjusted the lines accordingly but you can see the correct centering. The band set up looks ok, but you really cannot see the scrolling or hallmarks, so i won't make an absolute call.
