Ceramic ROOs
I would be interested to see how a Panda Ceramic ROO would look like.
Which ROO model would you purchase in a ceramic version? |

I have the Platinum and Rose gold novelties, plus the Legacy, 57th Street and Gentleman Driver, have ordered the Novelty Ceramic and the new Ceramic Diver. I am getting zero guidance on timing for the latter, very frustrating!
Bought the Marcus Black and Red RM011 when I went to check out the Marcus ROO; didn't buy the Marcus ROO in the end as I didn't want another PVD watch on top of the DLC RM011, as I just don't think the coating is robust enough for a daily watch. |

If Marcus bring out a ceramic Novelty version I will definitely buy it. Heading to the UK next week and am going to interrogate them on their plans!

Does anyone know the price for the new retail price for the ceramic diver? Are they at the same price point as FC?

As for the ceramic panda, wouldn't you guys agree the 44mm ROO is basically a Panda? I know it's not called Panda, but basically same dial. |

I'm still not sold on the ceramic models. I will have to wait until this year's trunk show to make a final judgement.

Found this Audemars Piguet is utilizing a new material called 'CeraMet' composed of 18% nickel, 66% ceramic, and 16% "NOTC" that is highly scratch resistant fused with metals that have the added benefit of strength, durability, and resistance to cracking. |
