Changing Rolex's back to a display back

I know Rolex never release any watches with display back. Has anyone ever got their Rolex modified to change it to a transparent Display back with sapphire crystal? I am kind of like watches more with display back. If you do, can you share how it is done and post a pic?

Will I be able to ask Rolex service center to do it for a fee?

Preik's casebacks are nice but RSC won't touch it with it installed.
