Air King Lume Shot
Here's a shot of the lume on my AK. This is on about a 5 second charge from a flashlight...The watch has a 3-6-9 blue arabic dial.

Awesome lume!
Just wish Rolex would add lume to the 3, 6 and 9. They also don't do that on the Explorer. I have never understood why Rolex makes it like this.

That is cool, it is one of the better lume shots I have seen. Rolex is doing well with the new dials.

Very neat! You have a daylight pic to compare to?
Is there lume on the second hand? I don't see it.

Thanks for all the kind words, guys! I was in Orlando with the wife for a weekend [Anniversary] and we stopped into Jared's. I sauntered over to the Rolex case, and just for kicks, started looking/trying on watches. I had no idea [honestly] what any of them cost, did not look at the pricetag, and asked the salesman not to tell me how much they were. I decided I liked the AK best on me [Jennifer agreed] and said "I'll take it" without even knowing how much it was.
Imagine my pleasant surprise when I found out it $3400! Woo-Hoo! |

I don`t know AK prices but that sounds like a big discount.
