I'm really partial to the 275 because polished SS PAMs have to come before ceramic

Now if you already had, say, three polished SS PAMs then I would have voted the other way round...

...that and I am very much an 8 Days fan... !

335, because the 275 dial is too cluttered

i voted "none" because there are similar models of each that i would rather have, but if i really had to choose between the two, it would be the 335.

Oh...
...my bad - I was thinking of the 270 (and not 275 - although you used the right photo, etc.)

You're comparing a Monopulsante(-GMT) to a GMT-Date...

I would say 275 if you want the chronograph funtions, 233 if you don't.
317 if you want a black Monopulsante, 335 if you want a black GMT-date.

335 over the 275... more functionality on the 335 since the date is better than a 30 min chrono... Also Ceramic over SS.
