So I just bought my first Panerai 312 O series and I'm already looking at trading it for another one. I need your professional help. Would you guys trade the 312 for a k series 213 pvd coated? Your opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't because PAM chronos aren't my thing and because for an aftermarket PVD, I would prefer to do that on a base Luminor (000 or 005).
