Hello from Alabama, USA
Hello everyone! My name is Daryl and I'm a retired law enforcement officer from Alabama looking for my second retirement. I enjoy buying and selling vintage items but want to be sure I'm at least semi-knowledgable about an item before doing so. One of the ways I found to do that is by joining forums related to a specific item and searching out knowledgable members there to seek answers.
My reason for joining this forum is to verify the validity of a Rolex passport/business card/credit card holder I purchased in a box lot at auction. I've searched in other places on line and found some similar in a wide range of prices but none exactly like this one. Makes me wonder if its counterfeit. If it is I do not wish to pass it on to anyone else. After I search the past forum posts for answers I'll make a post of my own for additonal assistance. Glad to be here and look forward to talking with some of you soon. |
