Aftermarket case or fake

Trying to find any info on this watch. Never seen a Rolex like this. Is this some type of aftermarket style of completely fake?

30's...? I would have guessed much later. I thought it looked like the Omega stuff from the 70's

I would have to agree with this statement, I have a Rolex from 1942 and the movement is far from looking like this watch's. Such old watches rarely (if they ever do) have Incabloc shock protection devices. Besides, shouldn't a watch that old have a Rebberg movement?

Movements' references can be engraved in a few places on the movement, I've seen some on the plate underneath the balance wheel, on the barrel bridge (although it's obviously not engraved there on this one) and sometimes on the other side of the plate underneath the dial. If it's near the balance wheel you may be able to look through it and find something, otherwise you'll have to take the cock bridge off (I recommend you to avoid doing that if you don't know what you are doing as this hairspring is most probably very fragile and if you don't know how to work on it it's better to avoid manipulating it). As for the dial side, you will have to take the hands and the dial off first (the hands can be taken off with small levers or a special tool whilst the dial must be unscrewed first, the screws are on the side of your movement, in the plate).
