Dial choices for the Oyster perpetual

My wife wants a nice watch.
Thing is she doesn't really like any Rolex. She hates the Cyclops but all the dials she likes are on the watches with cyclops': MOP, Meteorite, etc.

On Rolex's website I downloaded the Brochure for the Oyster Perpetual ... do they have more dial options than are listed there? Can you "custom order one?

She's got her eye on an Omega Constellation but I think it'd be cool for us to both have Rolexs ... I just have to find her one she likes.

You can go through the dial catalog but won't find anything like what you described for the OP. The Daytona has those dial options and no date...but might be too big.

Or maybe go for a model with the dial she wants despite having a date cyclops and then cleave it off (or have it done).
